Just who is Mad Max that wants to be President of these United States in 2008 & 2012;

Born and grew up in Western Michigan; both parents were high school graduates; father retired from being a highly skilled tool and die worker and foreman after 30 years in the same defense factory; and went on to be a successful small businessman; mother helped raise two children and researched her way into becoming a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mad Max went to the same school system K-12; attended his local community college; graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. focusing on Political Science (government & politics) & International Relations. Earned two M.A’s from the Western Michigan University in Political Science, International Relations; & Education and History; Also, earned a K-12 Teaching Certificate; and retired with over 23 years credited with the Michigan Public School retirement System. Max cares about & values Education. Making quality, affordable education available for every child in our country who is a U.S. Citizen or legal resident is one of the most important things we can do for the future of our country & the United States of America.

Mad Max retired from the United States Army with over 32 years of service; He retired as a LTC (Lieutenant Colonel) with service in the Regular Army (RA); the Army National Guard; and the United States Army Reserve. He served in two wars; Vietnam and Iraq. He specialties included Civil Affairs, the Infantry, Military Intelligence, History and a senior level instructors of officers. His military education included Command and General Staff College; the advance courses in Military Intelligence; Infantry; and Civil Affairs, & several Military Intelligence schools. He rose from Private E-1 to LTC (0-5) in his 32 years of service to the Untied States of American. Max carried a Top Secret Clearance (TS) for over 24 years. When the dirty politicians & their media stooges trash Max, remember that he not only does the talk, but also did the walk. Also, please remember that Mad Max was a Military Intelligence officer and that he carried a Top Secret Clearance for over 24 years. His opponents can’t change that fact.

The key to a Mad Max presidential term will be common sense, honesty, integrity and a desire for good government that will benefit all Americans, not just an elite, wealthy few.

Public Education: We need to fix public education and the first step is to reduce the Federal Department of Education by 80%; State and Federal education bureaucracies, and especially the Federal bureaucracy are broken. Federal ‘education’ cannot be fixed. It’s a huge waste of our federal tax dollars. Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution will you find any authorization for central or federal government finance and control of public education. Understand that government does little right and nothing well. A textbook, We the People, the Citizen and the Constitution, funded by the federal Department of Education, has been used in classrooms around the nation. In discussing the Bill of Rights, there is no mention of the Second, Ninth and Tenth amendments. Sovereignty of the individual states is ignored, leaving all power to the federal government and global control, read that, New World Order, elite control. Mad Max: That government that governs least, governs best; & local and state government is much better and closer to the people then that in Washington, D.C. Your local school board knows best of all. Its up to you to vote the right people in that will see to the education of this nation’s future generations.

Another thing. Social promotion of students needs to be ended. “It’s aimed at those students who most need motivation and an education. The poorest kids from the most dysfunctional families are cheated out of an education just so the bureaucrats won’t have to put up with any complaints.” or educating difficult students. Charley Reese, a nationally syndicated columnist. (AFP 23 Jan 06). Reese’s first-grade teacher in Georgia laid out the basic premises of education when she said, “I teach, but you have to learn.” Reese; “Education is a two-part process. No matter how skilled the teacher, all the learning has to be done by the students. There is no easy way to learn an academic subject.” Learning is hard work. And parents have got to do their part as well. Well-disciplined children are much easer to teach then children – students with no self-control or discipline. Parents need to do their part by sending their children – students to school with a sense of self-control. Discipline starts at home, not school. Teachers are not baby sitters. And our K-12 education system should not be used as day care. Educating our youth is very serious business. Also, our K-12 schools need a much tougher curriculum; and school boards and bureaucrats need to stop striping teachers of every tool to motivate their students and expect those teachers to educate. Our K-12 education system is considered a joke by most of the rest of the world. Another thing, too many of our college graduates go out into the world with an unrealistic and ignorant view of the world about them. This again can be traced back to college bureaucrats who focus too much on money and on being politically correct, rather then educating their young college students. To paraphrase Charley Reese, civic cowardice permeates our Education bureaucratic system at all levels. They all get a huge amount of our hard earned Federal tax dollars, but look for the path of least resistance, and subscribe to the concept of dummying down education. Let America’s teachers teach how they know best.

Washington, D.C., Congress and the Federal Government:

In 2005/06, the name Jack Abramoff became synonymous with wide-ranging Republican Congressional corruption, dirty politicians, and scandal. And the majority U.S. House of Representatives Ethics Committee controlled by Republicans proved that “power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely”. Republican ethics committee members were part of the problem, not the solution. Republicans had a lock on power in Washington, D.C. and all three branches of our Federal government from 2002 thru 2006 and everyone said Washington became a ‘quid-pro-quo, rat-infested cellar’ where congressional votes were up for sale; but if one recalled, the Democrats who were in power prior to 2002, were no better. The only real solution is to reduce the amount of our tax dollars that flow into Washington and reduce the influence of the Federal government (and all government) in our lives. ‘The government that governs best, is that which governs least’. One more thing: end two party control of Congress & the Presidency.

# Another Perspective: By Congressman Ron Paul; “We live in a time when the U.S. government is the largest and most powerful state in the history of the world. Today’s federal government consists of 15 huge departments, hundreds of agencies, thousands of programs, and millions of employees. It spends $2.4 trillion in a single year. The possibilities for corruption in such an immense and unaccountable institution are endless.

The whole system is so out of control that it’s simply unrealistic to place faith in each and every government official in a position to sell influence. The larger the federal government becomes, the more it controls who wins and who loses in our society.

The temptation for lobbyists to buy votes and the temptation for politicians to sell them is enormous. Indicting one crop of politicians and bringing in another is only a temporary solution. The only effective way to address corruption is to change the system itself by radically downsizing the power of the federal government in the first place. Take away the politician’s power and you take away the very currency of corruption. Campaign finance laws place restrictions only on individuals, not politicians. Politicians will continue to tax and spend, meaning they will continue to punish some productive Americans while rewarding others with federal largesse. The same vested special interests will not go away, and the same influence peddling will happen every day on Capitol Hill. The reason is very simple, when the federal government redistributes trillions of dollars from some Americans to others, countless special interests inevitably will fight for the money. The rise in corruption in Washington simply mirrors the rise in federal spending. (The Washington, D.C. area is filling up with million dollar homes).

The fundamental problem is not with campaigns or politicians primarily, but rather with popular support for the steady shift from a relatively limited, Constitutional federal (Republic) from of government to the huge leviathan (monster) government of today”.

Mad Max; know this; our founding fathers gave us a Republic, not a democracy, i.e. we are a Republic as per our American Constitution, not a Democracy. They knew the difference; most Americans today do not. Those that are doing their utmost to turn our Constitutional Republic into a perverse form of democracy, manipulated by an elite, wealthy few, at the expense of the majority of Americans, are traitors to the American dream and the future of our children, great grandchildren and generations thereafter.

America’s manufacturing base is going overseas:……………GONE

In late November of 2007, two leading American automakers, Ford & General Motors (GM) reported losses in the billions of dollars. And it looks like their future is going to get a lot tougher, along with that of United (American) Auto Workers, retiree’s and surviving spouses of auto workers. Their health-care & pensions have also been cut. And not too distant in the future, we will see the importation of cheap Communist Chinese imports of cars; un-safe at any speed and un-healthy at any price for Americans.

More good paying jobs with decent health & pensions benefits loss to Free Trade.

In 2005/06, Ford Motor Company, joined auto parts supplier, Delphi and General motors Corporation in dramatically downsizing their work forces and closing plants. Tens of thousands of U.S. auto jobs, along with their American parts suppliers lost their jobs in 2005/06. The domestic auto industry had been shrinking for years building cars that were more expensive then better and cheaper made foreign imports that were technologically advanced. Congress and especially the President need to focus on long-term solutions and adopt a series of complex trade measures that will address currency manipulation, U.S. patent violations and the counterfeiting of American goods so struggling American manufactures can compete in the global marketplace. As your President, Mad Max will see to it that there is a wholesale, pro-American turnover in the U.S. trade office and help our businesses develop new technologies to go head to head with foreign competition while at the same time ensuring that American workers maintain living wages with good health and pension benefits. Michigan governor, Jennifer Granholm, stated: “The time has long since past for the leaders in Washington to do their part for our American manufactures,”; “They have the power to enact fair trade policies and health care assistance that will help level the playing field with countries that are competing for our jobs and our business. The time for them (Washington bureaucracy & politicians) to use their power to stand up for America’s manufacturers is long overdue.” The success of European and especially Asian automakers in the United States mean that American workers earn less; have less health insurance coverage; and get stuck with broken pensions. The U.S. auto parts supply base has shrink drastically laying off thousands of Americans; along with putting small, family owned suppliers out of business. Besides the loss of good paying jobs, these Americans will be paying less taxes which will be felt at all levels of government and that translates into less money for our schools; ours roads; our basic state, local & national infrastructure, etc. “American automakers are about as loyal to their longtime suppliers ‘as Brad Pitt is to Jennifer Aiston,’ said the former president of the Chrysler Group.” (18/Jan/06 – Chronicle Detroit Bureau); In 2006, 40% of vehicles sold in these United States were of ‘foreign’ manufacture or design; this includes those that were assembled here, but most of the profits went overseas; leaving American workers with short pay; long hours; little or no health care benefits or broken pensions. Free Trade, including the jobs killing NAFTA agreement, voted and supported for by both Democrats and Republicans in Washington, D.C., along with globalization, has not been good for either the American worker or the future of America. As President, I – Mad Max - will renegotiate all trade agreements that are unfair to our country and enforce those international trade agreements that have been consistently broken to the determent of American manufactures, workers and farmers; Those countries that have barriers to our products deserve the same from us. Toe to toe competition with low-wage countries such as China, Haiti, and India means lower wages, no pensions, less health care, and lower living standards for all Americans. Fair trade, not free trade is the answer; and always, the interests of American workers and their employers must come first. We need to use economic retaliation against those nations like Communist China (PRC), that use currency manipulation, or keeping the value of their currency artificially low, to gain a price advantage over American goods in their own markets rather then allow its currency to go to its true market value. If countries like China, Japan and South Korea don’t allow fair access to American goods in their markets, the U.S. needs to retaliate with protective tariffs. I will as President push Congress to impose a 27.5 percent tariff on those countries that practice unfair trade with our country. This will also help resolve our ever-growing trade imbalance and help put Americans back to work in this country. Mad Max will also see to it that our manufacturing base is re-established, along with trying to improve incomes and prospects for jobs for Americans all over this country. This will help to reduce poverty, especially in our inter cities and rural areas. Mad Max will also work hard to see that the pensions of all Americans are protected from corporate abuse and fraud. That will happen in the first four years of Mad Max’s Presidency. It’s time to take back America. And send ‘them’ a message. Think positive, trust the people and vote for a change – now. And remember, those that control ‘your’ voting machines, especially with computers that leave no paper trail, have control over ‘your’ vote. ‘Your’ active, honest oversight is badly needed.

Going back to Red, atheistic, Communist China (PRC), I will push Congress to stop taking the hundreds of thousands of dollars that Chinese agents & lobbyists funnel into American congressional campaigns each year and repeal permanent normal trade relations (PNTR) unless China ends practices that include piracy, currency manipulation, violation of its own labor laws and barriers to prevent U.S. products from entering the Chinese market. We need a President that will stand up for America & Mad Max is that man. Another thing about Red China. While our new world, neo-con elite was building up Red China at the expense of American labor, China’s economy grew and along with it, its demand for oil, thus pushing up the consumer price for gas & oil here in the United States. We have let ‘them’ do it to us. We are paying the price for voting for neo-con’s.

Another thought: Do we really need to bailout Wall Street and international bankers from time to time with our tax dollars when they make bad loans secured by the U.S. Government? That’s us folks! And who gave the President the authority to forgive foreign governments their bad loans of billions of dollars to these Wall Street bankers with the American taxpayers picking up the tab? President Mad Max will stop that.

Another perspective, by Charley Reese, nationally syndicated columnist. ‘The U.S. is no longer a great industrial power. Our industrial base has been seriously eroded. Government has expanded to gargantuan proportions and can no longer be called benevolent. Franklin Roosevelt managed a truly global war, with 12 million Americans under arms, using a White House staff of about 15 people. There are now thousands on the White House staff and they can’t even manage small wars in two small countries such as Iraq & Afghanistan. Running over poorly trained troops in obsolete equipment is a long way from standing toe to toe with the Wehrmacht or the Japanese imperial Army. If you whack some lout over the head today you’ll almost surely be arrested, prosecuted and packed off to prison. A government that cannot control crime for some reason often gets hysterical when good people defend themselves. In a sane society, it would be the criminals who lived in fears, not the good people. The National - Federal Debt: President Mad Max will give our nation the presidential leadership it needs to end our addiction to debt, now several trillion dollars; and reach out to Congress for bipartisan cooperation to bring fiscal responsibility to our government in Washington, D.C. The economic reality or bottom line is that this nation cannot continue to increase spending without regard to revenues and endless, and higher deficits. We need fiscal discipline, along with making the federal government smaller. The future of Social Security and other vital Federal and state programs depend on it. As Republican Congressman Ron Paul from Texas said: “…enormous federal budgets provide the mother’s milk for every backroom deal, questionable earmark and sleazy lobbying trick”. Again, Congressman Ron Paul: “Are these ever-growing entitlement and military expenditures really consistent with a free country? Do the proposed expenditures, and the resulting taxes, make us more free or less free? Should the U.S. military be used to remake whole nations? Are the programs, agencies, and departments funded in the budget proposal constitutional? Are they effective? Could they operate with a smaller budget? Would the public even notice if certain items were eliminated altogether? These are the kinds of questions the American people should ask”.

Foreign Policy – International Relations: America’s first president, George Washington, was an entrepreneur, statesman, military strategist, brave & honorable soldier, general, president and beloved by the vast majority of his countrymen. In his first inaugural address, delivered April 30, 1789, Washington said America must not only secure respect at home, but abroad. “The foundations of our national policy will be laid in the pure and immutable principles of private morality, and the preeminence of free government be exemplified by all the attributes which can win the affections of its citizens, and command the respect of the world.” In his farewell address to the nation as President, he stated that we should have trade and commerce with other nations, & not involve ourselves in their politics or wars. Very good advice, which we should follow.

A Pentagon report stated that Communist China is a potential military threat to not only the economic and political interest of the United States in Asia, but also to the United States of America itself with its long range ballistic missiles and submarine born missiles. China’s military spending has been rising for years thus enabling it to project its power beyond its borders. The money to do this with has been fueled by its massive trade imbalance with the United States, which has put millions of Americans out of work.

IRAN: Know why many Iranians are crazy-mad anti-American? The United States has a long history of meddling in Iran. Since the 1950’s, Americans, (our CIA), has been actively working to undermine Iranian nationalists; The CIA (USA) supported the highly repressive/oppressive, & abusive ‘Iranian’ Shah; and his secret police in order to support the global oil cartel elite which wanted Iran’s oil. The Shah was in fact put in power with the help of our CIA; and the Iranian people know this. After Iranian nationalist deposed him, he was welcome into the United States for medical treatment. Iranians were highly outraged. In 1979, they stormed the U.S. embassy and held our people hostages for more than a year; until the moment Ronald Reagan was sworn in as president in January 1981. We have continued to meddle in Iran’s affairs & they contiue to hate us.

MAD MAX as President – NO WAR WITH IRAN

The United States Supreme Court & Justice Clarence Thomas:

The Honorable Clarence Thomas has been an associate Justice of the US Supreme Court since 1991. If I’m elected President and have the opportunity, I will nominate him for Chief Justice. He has a J.D. from Yale Law School and has an excellent pro-United States Constitutional voting record at the Supreme Court. He is independent & strong-willed; Justice Thomas: “I decided I would live my life as a memorial to my grand-parents’ lives…I’m my grandfather’s son. If that means I am conservative, so be it.” The following is excerpted from an interview with Justice Thomas conducted in his chambers at the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., on September 19, 2007:

“What I try to do first in my opinions is to apply the Constitution. But also, I look on the Constitution as the people’s Constitution. And so I try to make the Constitution accessible again to people who didn’t go to Harvard Law School. I like to go back to the Constitution, looking at the history and tradition along the way. My job is to apply the Constitution. And here’s a useful lesson: You hear people talk all the time about the Bill of Rights. But you should always keep in mind that the Bill of Rights was an afterthought. That’s why it’s made up of what are called amendments. It was not in the original Constitution. The rights in the Bill of Rights were originally assumed as natural rights, and some people at the time thought that writing them into the Constitution was redundant. Read the Declaration of Independence. We should always start, when we read the Constitution, by reading the Declaration, because it gives us the reasons why the structure of the Constitution was designed the way it was. And with the Constitution, it was the structure of the government that was supposed to protect our liberty. And what has happened through the years is that the protections afforded by that structure have been dissipated. Son my opinions are often about the undermining of those structural protections. People need to know about that. Many might say, “Well, they are writing about the Commerce Clause, and nobody cares about that.” But they should care about it. The same is true of the doctrine of incorporation. The same is true of substantive due process. People should care about these things. And I try to explain why clearly in my opinions.” Justice Clarence Thomas.

Mad Max Riekse: Both of the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan are illegal from a United States Constitutional standpoint. Both are in fact very real wars with real Americans being killed and wounded in them every day. If our Republican lead Congress at the time had followed the Constitution, it would have declared war on Iraq & Afghanistan. It did not do so and therefore both wars are illegal. Check out your copy of the United States Constitution; Article I: Section 8; # 11; only Congress has the right (and duty) to declare War, if necessary; it cannot give or delegate that responsibility away to the president. Each and every Congressman & women, and US Senator, must go on record as voting for or against War. Our founding fathers put that in the Constitution for a reason. Perhaps if our Congressmen & Women, & US Senators had to vote for war, they would have given a lot more thought & consideration before putting our armed forces & fellow Americans in harms way. Think about that. And vote November 2008 for Mad Max for President.

CUBA: The Ron Paul perspective: The Cuban embargo began officially in 1962 as a means to put pressure on Cuba’s communist dictatorship to change its ways. After 42 years, the Cuban economy has struggled, but Cuba’s dictatorship is no closer to stepping to the beat of our drum. Our isolationist policies with regard to Cuba, meanwhile, have hardly won the hearts and minds of Cubans or Cuban Americans, many of whom are isolated from families because of this political animosity. In the name of helping Cubans, the U.S. (Bush) administration is calling for “multibillions” of our hard earned American tax dollars in foreign aid and subsidies for Internet access, education and business development for Cubans under the condition that the Cuban government demonstrates certain changes. In the same breath, they claim lifting the embargo would only help the dictatorship. This is exactly backwards. Unfettered trade is the best thing for people in both Cuba and the United States. Government subsidies would enrich those in power in Cuba at the expense of already overtaxed Americans. We call for a free and private press in Cuba, while our attempts to propagandize Cubans through the U.S. government-run Radio/TV Marti has wasted $600 million in American taxpayer money. It’s time to stop talking solely in terms of what’s best for the Cuban people. How about the wishes of the American people who are consistently in favor of diplomacy with Cuba? Let’s stop the hysterics about the freedom of Cubans – which is not our government’s responsibility – and consider freedom of the American people, which is. Americans want the freedom to travel and trade with their Cuban neighbors, as they are free to travel and trade with (Communist) Vietnam and (Red) China. Those Americans who do not wish to interact with a country whose model of governance they oppose are free to boycott. The point being – it is Americans who live in a free country, and as free people we should choose who to buy from or where to travel, not our government. If the (Bush) administration really wanted to extend the hand of friendship, they would allow the American people the freedom to act as their own ambassadors through trade and travel. Considering the lack of success government has had in engendering friendship with Cuba, it is time for government to get out of the way and let the (American) people reach out. MAD MAX Perspective: I will normalize trade with Cuba in exchange for Cuba’s opening up its off shore oil fields to American companies and the return or re-imbursement dollar for dollar of all confiscated American & Cuban-American properties; and this includes our former American oil refinery that was confiscated by Cuba when the Communist took power. There will however be no so-called most favored trading status with Cuba until the Cuban people have free, fair & open elections. I will also end most favored trading status for Red China, along with many other nations which have repressive governments. This includes of course Communist Vietnam & Laos, which together held back, and kept 800 live American POW’s after they promised they would return all our POW’s once a peace agreement was signed. They lied and do not deserve most favored trading status with us. Many members of Congress and other Washington D.C. politicians and multi-national corporations made billions of dollars in the deal that wrote off our 800 live POW’s.

Foreign Aid: We need to greatly reduce foreign aid, including giving money to various international loan organizations which in turn loan our money out to third world governments who have mismanaged their economies. Its time for the world to stand on its own and for the United States government to focus on its country and our people.

Phone rates – cable and satellite TV rates are too high; they weren’t that high before Washington, D.C. lobbyist bought enough congressmen and senators to push rates way up and give us poor to bad service in return. Pornography on cable & satellite TV has helped put campaign $ contributions into the pockets of our congress. This needs to stop.

‘While showing tourists Washington, D.C., a guide pointed out where George Washington supposedly threw a dollar across the Potomac River. “That’s impossible,” said a man. “No one could throw a coin that far.” “You have to remember,“ answered the guide, “A dollar went a lot farther in those days.” Our money is worth less & less.

‘Hot Button’ Issues: No one can possibly agree with me 100%; I understand that – Do You? If you emphases the positive however on what we do agree on, then we can take back America for future generations from the New World Order, Neo-Con, D.C. elite.

Social Security: Put all SS# taxes withheld in a ‘fenced off, lock box’ which can only be used for SS# payments. This should have been done years ago. Also, go back to not taxing any SS# retirement. It’s our money. We earned it. And taxing it once we retired is just not right. I will push (our) Congress to end this practice once I’m your President.

Assisted Suicide: Don’t do it. Commit suicide, you go straight to Hell and damnation. This in any case is purely a state issue and the Federal government has no business dealing with this situation. This also is a states rights issue. State doctors who help terminally ill patients die have been threatened with federal punishment and that is wrong. There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that justifies the Federal government messing around in assisted suicide. If you don’t like it, and I don’t, then it’s your local church’s, etc responsibility to teach people that it’s not the right thing to do. The more we allow the Federal government to get involved in our lives, the worse our country gets and the more those in Washington seek to control our lives. We grew great as a nation because we had limited government. Our doctors should be able to do their jobs with little or no government interference. End of life decisions should remain in the hands of patients, their families and physicians. Having said all that, there are those that keep pushing our country towards a democracy and away from a Republic, which our nation was founded as; that’s in the United States Constitution and the Federalist papers; read them. Majority rule is not always a good thing; A Republic is designed to protect the rights of the minority. A nation based on laws, not the whim of the majority. In any case, Mad Max as your President will be for increasing the rights of states over that of the Federal government. ‘That government that governs least governs best’. Also, the more government you have, especially at the federal level, the less money we have to feed our families; live in decent housing; & for health care. Limited government is best.

Abortion: I will not spend one red cent of our Federal tax dollars on this procedure. For any reason what so ever. If you want an abortion or want someone else to have one, you pay for it with your money, not Federal tax dollars. This is a purely state medical and political issue to be dealt with at the state level. Those pro-life people that want the federal courts to get involved in ending the practice should remember how abortion came to be the law of the land, i.e. the Federal Supreme Court gave us abortion on demand. As one of my former sergeants told me, “Be careful of what you ask for, you might get it”. Get the Federal government completely out of this issue. There will be many states where one can get an abortion; perhaps not your state; Don’t like the laws in where you live; then either move, or elect someone who thinks like you. Period. I support parental notification laws that bar underage girls from receiving abortions without their parent’s consent. This will make for a stronger American and better, more responsible parenting. “It is ridiculous to say that an underage girl cannot get her ears pierced at the mall without her parents’ approval while the very same child can go to the local Planned Parenthood clinic and kill her preborn baby without her parent’s knowledge,” said Jim Sedlak, Vice President of American Life League. Stem Cell Research: The emerging science of stem cell research for badly needed cures for spinal cord injury research, and people with diseases such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, sickle cell anemia, juvenile diabetes and all timers(sp), to name a few, must be done in an ethical and moral way. Restrictions, regulation & funding of this research however belongs with the individual states, not the Federal government. Those who are against this research should be careful of pushing for Federal involvement; which reminds me again of what an sergeant of mine once told me; “Be careful of what you ask for, you might get it”. ******** Update: November 7^th, 2007; New Jersey voters rejected the state’s plan to borrow $450 million over 10 years to finance stem cello research. Mad Max: let the people of each state decide this issue. The people know best what to do.

Medical use of POT: I don’t smoke, but I’ve known people who thought it helped them, and even though they did never smoked before, they used it until they got relief. Other then making sure no pot crosses our national borders; this is a state, not Federal issue.

Gun Control: We have thousands of gun laws and they do little to stop crime. I will do away with 85% of our Federal gun laws and return that responsibility back to the states where it belongs. The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution gives every American the right to own a gun with no Federal infringements. This is an Individual American right. Numerous studies of our Founding Fathers thinking regarding the establishment of the Second Amendment have reinforced this individual right view.

Just to be up front with those who disagree with my view, I’ve a Life Member of the National Rifle Association and I’ve been an NRA member since 1964. If anything, I believe that the NRA has not been strong enough in protecting our Second Amendment from Federal government encroachments. & Its pro-GOP/Republican biases must change. If invited to speak at their annual meeting, I will do so with pride in our Second Amendment. One more thing: As Huey Newton said, “An unarmed people are slaves or are subject to slavery at any given moment”. The new world order elite wants our guns.

In Britain, where it is a crime to use a gun against an ax-waving murderer, the U.S. is viewed as a gun-waving, violent society of criminals. But a poll by Gallup News Service of more than 3,000 people – 1,000 each in Britain, Canada, and the United States – stated that Americans were the least violent. Thirty-two percent of Americans said they or someone in their households had been a victim of crime within the previous year. In Britain, the figure was 36 percent and in Canada, 33 percent. Now statistics change every year, but the bottom line is we are not that violent compared to other countries; and we have millions more illegal aliens in this country to content with. Many of which are violent, predatory criminals. Reduce violent crime in America – NO illegal immigrants.

Energy Independence: We need to greatly reduce our dependence on foreign oil and redirect our focus to clean, renewable energy sources like wind, water, and solar power; along with fully utilizing our vast American coal resources in an environmentally and safe manner. We also need to greatly improve coalmine safety standards, which will be a Mad Max priority. The federal government levied a larger fine - $550,000 – for the 2004 Super Bowl showing of Janet Jackson’s breast than it did for the 2001 deaths of 13 Alabama miners in one of the deadliest mine disasters in a quarter – century. And the $435,000 fine against mine operator Jim Walter Resources was cut by a judge to $3,000. It’s a matter of priories; and the safety and well being of the American worker is not a high priority of our Federal government. We need to mine and use more American coal; & this can and must be done in a safe, environmentally, and economically sound manner.

Global Warming: Many serious and prestigious scientists all over the world have warned that global warming is a threat requiring government intervention to curb emissions from cars, factories and more. The issue is not whether global warming is happening, but how severe the effects will be. They have warned that millions of people could die because of its future effects. This is a problem, which must be seriously addressed by the President of the United States and not be put off any longer. As President Mad Max, I will work to reduce global warming and see to it that Americans do not lose their jobs or see their living standards reduced when we lower harmful gas emissions. I know we can do it. As an example, the polar bear is a threatened species because rising Arctic temperatures are melting the ice pack that’s their home. If we don’t do something real and substantial soon, the threat will be to millions of Americans.

Here’s to Your Health: We need to go back to glass food and beverage containers; and greatly reduce our use of plastic as it (poly-carbons) leach into the food we eat and hence, into our bodies; which is not good for our long-term health. This decrease in use of plastics will also help reduce on need for imported oil, which is used in making plastic. And the less plastic we use will also help bring down our massive trade imbalance; and perhaps even decrease the cost of gas we pay at the pumps; less demand equals lower gas prices. And don’t cook with aluminum or Teflon cooking pans; It’s not healthy. Also, don’t eat or consume anything with MSG or Canola oil in it; it’s not good for you or your children. MSG is added to enhance the flavor of food, especially Chinese food, but it may be the reason why so many of our children are overweight and unhealthy. Don’t use it. And if you order Chinese, always ask them to not put MSG in your Chinese food.

States, not the Federal government, need to press companies with 1,500 or more employees to provide their employees with quality family health insurance. Tax incentives, along with baulk drug buying power needs to be implemented at both the State & Federal level to help fascinate this vital need for American workers & families. One of the largest companies in the nation has a long history of forcing its employees to work overtime without pay, with many of its employees qualifying for food stamps and American taxpayers federally subsidized Medicaid. The Federal government needs to step in and put an end to this practice and their use of illegal aliens, thus freeing up ten’s of thousands of jobs for Americans who would like to work. American companies can & must do better for their American workers by providing quality family health care; good wages; and secure, stable retirement benefits. We as a nation can and must do this.

FEMA - Federal Emergency Management Agency; Following the Katrina disaster, FEMA was totally incapable of handling the emergency. FEMA wasted up to around one billion dollars in aid to bail out the victims of the Katrina disaster. No bid contracts were the norm with most of those contracts going to the Presidents and Republican orientated companies, which pumped millions of dollars into GOP campaigns. Fraught was rampart.

Gays in our Military: It’s up to Congress to change ‘it’s’ current ‘gay’ policy through Congressional legislation. The President only enforces what Congress legislates; Having said that, I will see to it that they are not pro-actively hunted down, and hounded out of military service as long as they are not open and offensive; and conduct themselves in a professional manner. They took an extraordinary, patriotic step to enlist and serve our country and should be treated with dignity and respect; once they have been identified as being guy in the military, I as Commander in Chief, will see to it that those leaving with 10 to 15 years of military service are treated properly, and receive some kind of reduced pension or buy out for their years of military service. This goes for ‘straights’ as well.

WAR & our Armed Forces: How many more of our young people have to be sacrificed in wars & conflicts that are not in the best interest of our country? Having said that; “Peace Through Strength”, Berry Goldwater; “Freedom is a fragile thing and is never more than a generation away from extinction. It is not ours by inheritance: It must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people”, Ronald Reagan; ‘For those who have fought for it, Freedom has a flavor the protected will never know’, unknown American combat veteran. Having said that, let me say that my family has put on the uniform of our land for over 300 years in defense of our land, individual freedom and our American values. I served over 32 years in our army, including two wars, Vietnam and Iraq. Many of our presidents however have started wars that have resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of good Americans for their own personal agendas; not for the good of the United States or its people. The military industrial complex has also made billions of dollars off these needless wars.

Again, President Washington said in his farewell address to the nation that America should trade and have commerce with other countries, but stay out of their wars and politics. Very good advice then and now. Mad Max will follow Washington’s advice.

The American Civil War or the War Between the States: Patriotic words worth repeating found on a Confederate memorial at the Mine Creek Battlefield in Kansas; the only major Civil War battle fought in Kansas: “Known but to God, they gave their lives for ideals in which they believed.” This battle was won by Union solders; and resulted in many unmarked Confederate graves after the battle. One needs to remember that the Stars and Bars, the battle flag of the Confederacy, was not one of racism, but one that many brave men fought under, primary for states rights & freedom, not the preservation of slavery.

Spanish American War: It was a set up by Washington D.C. area politicians; & their desire for imperial conquest & to gain foreign territory and land to develop and exploit.

World War I: We did not need to get into that war, nor did Germany want to go to war with us. There were those both in and out of our government, including our president, who did everything they could to get us into that war which resulted in the death and severely wounding of thousands of Americans. He also lied about not wanting the war.

World War II: Again, Germany did not want to go to war with the United States, but again there were those, including our president who did everything they could to get us into war with Germany; including setting up Japan to attack the United States in Hawaii; There was a 8 point program drawn up by a US Navy officer years prior to draw the Japanese into war with us and it worked. The president also lied about noting wanting to get us into war with Germany. There is also a great deal of circumstantial evidence that our president knew the day and time of the Japanese attack on Pear Harbor and did nothing to warn those Americans of that fact. By going to war with Japan, we were also drawn into war with its allies, Germany & Italy. My uncle Max, a combat infantryman, was killed in the Battle of the Bulge in Europe. He did not need to die in that needless American war. Korean War: COMMUNIST ARE BAD; THEY ARE MASS MURDERS AND SHOULD BE PUT DOWN; THEY ARE NO GOOD. So why the Korean War; The North Korean communist Waco’s were set up to invade South Korean to help fuel the Cold War and feed the military – industrial complex and international banks, making billions of dollars for those involved in manufacturing military hardware, etc.

Vietnam War: Again, our president lied to get us into that war; which made millions for him and his cronies through government and military contracts. War is good for business. It also helps get presidents re-elected. Thousands of veterans suffered from Agent Orange for years thereafter; and our government refused to help them.

Kosovo: Why did the US go to war with Serbian over Kosovo, supporting Moslem Albanians who were known all over Europe as gun runners, car thieves, drug runners, white slavers & pimps, etc? It was all about robbing Christian Serbia of its vast, multi-billion dollar mineral wealth in northern Kosovo; which was taken over by US lead NATO troops and handed over to a non-Christian German consortium to exploit. Who in the US, Germany, etc got paid off to help fascinate this crime against Christian Serbia? And why are we supporting known Moslem criminals over Christians? And what about all the American soldiers who have served in Kosovo and Iraq being exposed to deadly depleted uranium with its long-term health problems? Which the military & VA ignore.

Iraq War I & II: the Bush wars; Both Bush presidents set up the circumstances, including putting forth numerous lies and deceit, to get us into those two wars; which they used to either try and stay in office, or stay in office; these wars have made hundreds of millions of dollars in profits for their friends with numerous no-bid contracts. Over 250,000 veterans of the Persian Gulf War suffered for years after, and again, the VA and the government did nothing for them. The second Bush - Iraq War also turned out to be a very costly and deadly one for our country. And always remember that junior President Bush made a rush to war while pretending to seriously pursue a second UN resolution; and the American public believed him. The Bush, neo-con elite program of continuing terrorist threats is designed to make Americans more submissive to their diabolical plans for a New World Order and globalist economy where Americans have lower wages, high energy and health care costs, and less individual freedom. The so-called Bush Patriot Acts I & II are nothing more that remakes of Hitler and Stalin’s repressive governmental policies. Millions of Germans and Russians died as a result. Stalin alone was responsible by some accounts for the death of 50 million. There are those who see that in our future here in the US. Hold the Second Amendment dearly. I will work to repeal those anti-Constitutional, anti-American congressional - presidential acts. Under a Mad Max presidency, we will not be slaves to terrorism, the New World Order or global government. We will go back to the tenets of the U. S. Constitution & bill of rights.

The Iraq War has proved to be an extremely expensive one. It has cost thousands of dead and maimed Americans and tens of thousands of dead and maimed Iraqis. And financed by foreign borrowing from countries that are NOT our best friend's. The long-term cost of the war to the United States of America, that’s you and I folks, is in the trillion-dollar range. This is an enormous sum to spend on a war based on so-called ‘mistaken intelligence’. This second Bush war damaged America’s reputation around the world, harmed our alliances, enraged Muslims against us and radicalized Middle Eastern politics for years to come. The CIA reports that the war has provided al Qaeda with recruitment and a training ground. Our Iraq occupation has created insurgents faster than they can be killed. This second Bush Iraq War created terrorism where it did not exist before. Also, the U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq destroyed Iraq’s infrastructure, entire villages and towns, families, careers and public safety. The Bush neo-con War’s have not been good for either our country, or the people of Iraq and Afghanistan.

IRAQ WAR: another perspective: from Robert M. Bowman, Ph.D., LTC, RET, USAF; and national commander, The Patriots. LTC Bowman was a fighter pilot who flew 101 combat missions in Vietnam. He is also a disabled American veteran with terminal cancer from Agent Orange. We see the current Iraq war as having been unnecessary, entered into under false pretenses, and horribly mismanaged by the (Washington) civilian authorities. Potentially hundreds of thousands could be poisoned by depleted uranium, with symptoms appearing years later, just as happened to us exposed to Agent Orange. The military services are depleted and demoralized. The VA system is under-funded and overwhelmed. The National Guard and Reserves have been subjected to tour after tour, disrupting lives for even the lucky ones who return intact. Jobs have been lost, marriages have been destroyed, homes have been foreclosed on, and children have been estranged. And for what? We have lost allies, made new enemies and created thousands of new terrorists, further endangering the American people. There is constant talk by Bush administration officials about a possible attack on Iran, possibly with nuclear weapons. Such an event, seriously contemplated by Vice President Cheney (a Vietnam War draft dodger & coward) would make enemies of Russia and China and turn us into the No. 1 rogue nation on Earth. The effect on our long-term national security would be devastating. Some of us had hoped that the new Democratic Congress would end the occupation of Iraq and take firm steps to prevent an attack on Iran, perhaps by impeaching Bush and Cheney. These hopes have been dashed. The lily-livered Democrats have caved in, turning their backs on those few like Representative Jack Murtha, who as a real combat veteran, understands the situation.”

The Middle East: Another perspective: Nationally syndicated columnist, Paul Craig Roberts, PhD; a former editor at The Wall Street Journal; author of several books; associated with the Hoover Institution; the Institute for Political Economy; and a former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Economic Policy; The explosive situation there needs to be defused not aggravated. Nothing is gained by the United States wasting more hundreds of billions of dollars that are desperately needed for important and legitimate purposes, especially here home. And nothing is gained by endangering oil flows and a Western transportation system dependent on the internal combustion engine. Charley Reese, another nationally syndicated columnist, stated …’the only “friends” we have in the Middle East are the rulers we pay to be our friends. …Egypt, Jordan and the Saudis, all on our payroll in one way or another…’ (Someday, these countries will turn on us.)

Cultural communism and psychological mind control through our mass medial is being used to change the thinking and psychology of the American people from one of positive self esteem and independence to one of defeat, dependence and acceptance of the New World Order which has corrupted our Congress and many of our state legislatures, along with bankrupting many of our states and our nation; this has driven us into needless and destructive wars and massive personal and governmental dept at all levels of our society. Under a Mad Max presidency, we will go forward in a positive way and take back America from the New World Order wealthy elite, and multi-national corporations.

International bankers, multi-national corporations, deceitful and corrupt presidents and war profiteers care little for our lives and families; and have had much to gain from war, miserly, disease, famine, chaos and death; including the death of hundreds of thousands of Americans in war. The entire war on terrorism is just anther cruel hoax perpetrated against a trusting American citizenry; and designed to instill fear and garner support for the rape of Iraq’s oil resources; along with serving the foreign policy interest of others.

The threat of terrorists using a nuclear bomb in the United States is now very real, and as President Mad Max, I will do everything I can to ensure that that does not happen during my watch. But we must not over react and start wars with other countries when we are unsure of where the threat or event comes from. Terrorist and their supporters want us to overreact. That’s part of their plan. Patriot Acts I & II did more to impact on American civil liberties then 9/11 did. Those un-American Congressional acts, which the president signed, were just what the terrorist’s and their supporters wanted. Rent the movie, “The Sum of All Fears” (2002) with Ben Affleck. We need world peace, not nuclear war.

Genetically Modified (GM) – Engineered food & seeds, crops food, & organisms: Large seed companies, and huge multi-national cooperate farms don’t care about American food safety, including allergy and other potential long-term health risks to humans. This, along with contaminating our natural ecosystem, will most likely create other yet unknown, future health dangers to America’s food supply. And no one else in the world will come to our aid when we no can longer safely feed our selves. ‘If you love to eat, thank an American farmer’, especially a small American family farmer. Currently, there is little state or Federal oversight of franken-foods and this needs to be changed. ‘Up to 85 percent of U.S. soybeans are genetically modified along with 45 percent of our corn. It’s estimated that 70 percent of processed foods on our grocery shelves contain genetically modified ingredients’. Douglas Gurian-Sherman, senior scientist at the Washington-based Center for Food Safety, stated that the U.S. (federal) Food and Drug Administrating lets the agricultural industry decide how best to test the safety of genetically modified seeds.” “It is a classic case of the fox guarding the hen house”, said Gurian-Sherman, a former Environmental Protection Agency scientist. There have been several cases of African governments where people were starving that have refused free U.S. genetically engineered corn because they believed it was unhealthy for their people to eat. Europeans are very leery of our Frankenstein/GM grown food; & have banned them for years. What do they know that we have not been told by our government and paid off politicians? Many politicians, especially those in Congress, have received thousands of dollars to protect the genetically modified food industry at our expense.

Again, don’t eat or consume any thing with MSG or Canola oil in it. It’s not good stuff.

Illegal immigrants & the Security of our Borders; call them criminals because they have broken our laws. In 2000, it is estimated that at least 1 million non-citizens cast illegal ballots. AFP.p8.23 Jan 06; Mad Max – these people when found out, should be jailed, then automatically expelled from this country. No appeal. If you break our laws and you came here illegally, you’re out. If you want to vote, come here legally and become an American citizen. Legal, law-abiding immigrants to our country should be treated with the respect that they deserve, but their children born here are not citizens.

We need to end the practice of non-American babies born here automatically becoming US citizens. Especially those of illegal immigrants. If ‘you’ are a legal immigrant, then it will be taken under consideration, i.e. ‘your’ baby becoming an American Citizen. People all over the world know how the system works; and they deliberately come here when pregnant to have their babies, many at US taxpayers expense. We can’t afford it.

Put an end to duel citizenship where one is a citizen of both the United States and another country. Duel loyalties are not in the best interest of our country. Make a choice! Either you’re with us as a solely American citizen, or your loyalty is somewhere else; and just living her in the USA for whatever reason. As your President, Mad Max will put an end to these un-American practices. Make a choice of which country you want to be loyal to.

As to our borders, our worse problem is with Mexico. The U.S. – Mexico border is largely unmarked in eastern California, Arizona and New Mexico. That needs to be fixed with a very high and strong fence along that entire area. In Texas, the Rio Grande separates our two countries and even when dry, is a riverbed about 200 feet. That also needs a strong fence and increased patrolling. I will also greatly beef up our border patrol, putting more Americans to work guarding our borders, at good paying jobs, with good health care and retirement benefits, keeping not only illegal immigrants out of our country, but drugs and Weapons of Mass Destruction out as well. Along with greatly increasing border patrol personnel along the Mexican border; I will also increase security with Canada as well. Back to the Mexican border. Most Americans are unaware that our border patrol agents along the Mexican border have increasingly come under fire doing their job trying to stop the unprecedented surge in aliens and drugs coming across the porous border with Mexico. Drug smugglers have been known to have machineguns, hard grenades and rocket-propelled grenades. American border patrol agents are in danger. Mexican troops have been known to support narco-terrorists and frequently fire across the border at American border agents. Our Border Patrol agents have reported that Mexican military vehicles crossing into the U.S. And our government in Washington, D.C. does nothing. Some Mexican troops have even crossed our border illegally. Our border patrol agents have been attacked with everything from slingshots propelling marbles to Molotov cocktails and semiautomatic weapons. Not all illegals are Mexicans, but come from all over the world, including North Korea, Communist China, and Middle Eastern countries, home’s to many of the virulent, Anti-American and Anti-Christian terrorists who what to kill as many Americans as they possibly can. Another thing that needs to be done is stationing our military on our borders. This would be good duty for our National Guard and Reservists. Instead of sending them over to such places as Iraq fighting wars for the New World Order elite and multi-national corporations, keep them here at home, protecting our homeland. We have become a third world country in many parts of the United States. It’s a matter of priorities. My priority is the good old USA.

During World War II, small zeppelin-type balloons were used by the U.S. military to patrol enormous amounts of U.S. coastal areas in a short period of time. These patrol balloons should be brought back to keep watch over the western and eastern coasts as well as our Mexican and Canadian borders. These zeppelin balloons can help keep drug traffickers, terrorists and other violent criminals from landing on our shores and coming across our borders in hordes. I will also use our Air National Guard along our borders.

Sheriff West said his deputies and Texas state troopers chased several vehicles suspected of carrying drugs as they fled back toward the Mexican border, and encountered a military-style Humvee on the American side of the Rio Grand The vehicle was a military-style military uniforms and they used military tactics. The deputy, who served six years in the Marine Corps Reserve, said he was familiar with military weapons and vehicles and the Mexican military uniform. There is “no doubt in my mind” that Mexican military personnel were on U.S. soil; Deputy Esequiel Lagarreta. Millions of illegal Mexican immigrants have been arrested in the United States. Illegal update: As per a November 6, 2007, Associated Press article, some 21,000 people who should not have been allowed to enter the U.S. came through official border crossing points between Oct. 1, 2005 and Sept. 30, 2006, according to a government report. We need to prevent people from falsifying travel documents or using other deceptive methods to enter our country through such legal entry points as airports and border crossings. The Government Accountability office findings are based on a statistical estimate of the number of people who could have passed through the entry points. In reality, the government does not know exactly how many people passed through checkpoints who should not have been allowed in the country. As per Customs and Borders Protection’s deputy commissioner, Jayson P. Ahern: “…we need to actually do a better job," DA!

“Staffing shortages and poor management at legal border crossings are among the reasons that people got through improperly, GAO found.”…”several thousand” of these people made it past Customs and Border Protection officers….the number is about 21,000”. This is …” a wake-up call for the Homeland Security Department, which oversees border entry operations.”… “We need to speed up the building of the border security fence along the southwest border to prevent people from illegally entering the United States between controlled crossing points.” Again, DA! “The Homeland Security Department has come under criticism because two men with a dangerous strain of tuberculosis were able to cross into the United States through legal entry points, despite instructions not to let them in. There are also weaknesses in the government’s other screening methods. An October GAO reports, for example, found that the terrorist watch list is not used as consistently as it should be.” MAD MAX: As President, I would fire a whole lot of Homeland Security personnel, starting with those that put hundreds of Americans on its No Fly List for purely political reasons like being anti-war and then make it impossible for honest, law abiding American citizens to get find out why and get off the No Fly List. There is also the problem with Home Land Security personnel at airports stealing items from people at check in. This needs to be stopped and those responsible fired – now. As President, I will zero out funding for anti-drug ‘efforts’ in Latin America and use the money to beef up our border security personnel along both the Mexican and Canadian borders. I will seal up our borders tight to keep out not only all illegal drugs, but ALL illegal aliens as well, including terrorist’s. Rather then sending our hard earned tax dollars to Latten America with millions end up in the hands of corrupt Latin American politicians, etc, I will spend that money on hiring honest American citizens to guard our borders paying them good wages, with good pensions and health benefits. Lets keep our tax dollars here at home and in the pockets of American citizens. Also, I will ferret out, fire and imprison all corrupt Homeland Security & border personnel. We don’t need or want them.

American Indians - Native Americans: The Federal agency that deals with Native Americans needs to be greatly reformed and headed by an American Indian who will see to it that Americans on reservations get the full value of what has, is and will be taken out of & from their lands. They have been cheated far too long out their vast mineral wealth with those in the Federal government doing little or nothing. This must be corrected.

The United States Supreme Court: I will appoint to that high office judges who know & believe in the United States Constitution; and its limits put on the Federal Government; States Rights; and the emphasis in the Bill of Rights on Individual American Rights.

China & TIBET: I will appoint Richard Gere and Steven Seagal as special U.S. diplomats to His Holiness, the Dalai Lama of Tibet, and his government-in-exile.

A Mad Max White House: I’m going to open up the White House to parties and dinners for a multitude and variety of Americans at the White House. ‘We’ will celebrate the 4^th of July; Veterans Day; Lincoln and Washington’s Birthday, US Grant & Robert E. Lee’s birthday, by inviting the Daughters of the American Revolution; the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War; The Daughters of the Confederacy; the Daughters of the War of 1812; the Daughters of the Cincinnati; The Sons of the American Revolution; the Sons of the Revolution; the Sons of Confederate Veterans; the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War; the Loyal Legion; the Stars and Bars; the Mayflower Society; The Society of Colonial Wars; and Colonial Dames; the Founders & Patriots of America; etc; and one dinner – party will be held just for Medal of Honor winners; another will be for those who were awarded the Distinguish Service Cross; and I will have one big celebration to honor all those who were awarded the Silver Star; and function’s for the Military Order of the Purple Heart; & those who hold the Soldiers Medal; and yet another one honoring all of America’s Airborne; & presidential functions for all Bronze Star holders; My goal is to celebrate America and do this every year that I’m President. All to celebrate the greatness, goodness & patriotism of the American people. We are going to have a party & celebrate a new beginning for America. Just think how great & prosperous that can be!

I will also host an annual White House dinner for the leaders of various veterans organizations, their aux’s; and associated groups such as: the VFW - Veterans of Foreign Wars; AMVETS, Catholic War Veterans; Jewish War Veterans; the Blinded Veterans Association; the American Legion; the Military Order of the Purple Heart; The Marine Corps League; Paralyzed Veterans of America; the Legion of Valor; the Congressional Medal of Honor Society; the Disabled American Veterans; American Ex-Prisoners of War; the Vietnam Veterans of America; the United Vietnam Veterans Organization; American Gold Star Mothers; The Gold Star Wives of America; and The National League of Families.

As President, I will host an annual White House dinner for all American Nobel Prize winners; and use that occasion to pick their brains & gather their thoughts regarding the state of our union; & to hopefully help solve the problems facing our country. President Jack F. Kennedy (JFK) once said, when he had a dinner for all living Nobel Prize winners of the United States, and they were all gathered around the table, he lifted a toast and said: ‘I’m going to toast you this evening because never before has so much brilliance, so much wisdom, eaten in this room, except when Mr. (President) Jefferson dined alone.’

Martin Luther King told a crowd at a civil rights rally in 1963; “No man is free if he fears death”, “but the minute you conquer the fear of death, at that moment you are free…I submit to you that if a man hasn’t discovered something that he will die for, he isn’t fit to live.” Live Free or Die; When we find out who was really behind the assassination of John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther Kind and the attempted assassination of George Wallace, we will have a real realization in this country of the internal threat we face.

I want us to once again to be that Christian ‘Light on a Hill’ for the rest of the world to look to for inspiration & hope. And I will not forget those Americans who were awarded Nobel Prizes, especially the Nobel Peace Prize. They are a national treasure and should be recognized for their work and contribution’s at yearly White House dinner functions. Other organizations that I will entertain at the White House will be the American Legion; The Veterans of Foreign Wars; Disabled American Veterans; Catholic War Veterans; AMVETS; Marine Corps League; and most importantly, their Ladies Aux's; they have and are doing great things for our Country and America’s Veterans. We need to get back to an honest ballot here in the United States where we know our vote counts; The people in each and every state need to demand a verifiable paper vote trail with trackable ballots to assure free and fair elections. You the people need to require voting machines, which issue a paper trail, and or the use of paper ballots. Computerized voting machines have been used to steal elections for years, especially for Federal elections for the United States Senate and President. That must end; and only you, the people can stop it. Over 25 states have already required the use of paper audit trails with e-voting machines or require that a ballot be cast only on paper, i.e. use of paper trail technology to accompany computer voting. What about your state? A simple paper trail is the best way to ensure your (our) vote is registered properly. This is our country! Lets take back America from the neo-conservative elites who have stolen our past elections.

Keep your eye on the ball – the end game, i.e. take the White House and the Federal executive branch of government; and then use that position to get responsible third party representation in Congress. President Mad Max will help your pro-American candidate do just that. Put your personal priorities and petty jealousies aside; focus on taking back America. Get together with your fellow third parties and independent Dem’s & Pub’s in your state, plus Mad Max if needed, come to an agreement to share the ballot and help each other get elected to Congress and state and local offices. Whatever party Mad Max ends up running on, the other third parties can have as their top line vote getters as governors, U.S. Senators or some other statewide candidate to help maintain their ballot position. The bottom line is that we must present a unified third party front to the American voter with only Mad Max as America’s third party choice in all 50 states.

If Mad Max wins, his administration will not only include third party representatives, but independent thinking Republicans and Democrats as well, with the primary qualifications being that they are pro-American and think positively about changing our country for the good; both now and for future generations of Americans to come.
